Asked by mrsmurch {154} http://www.covenanthomemaking.com 3/31/2010 5:46:48 PM I am still breastfeeding my 13 month old about 5 times per day. I really enjoy nursing her, and love that it's so healthy for her. Naturally, she loves it too! :) The only thing that's making me consider weaning sooner is that my husband and I would love to have another baby. We haven't done anything to prevent conception since our daughter was born, so I'm assuming I haven't been able to get pregnant because of the nursing.

I personally did not have very good luck breast feeding. With my first child I breast fed for 6 weeks, until I had to return to work. The babysitter just was not open to dealing with breast milk, and I was having difficulty producing enough milk. With my daughter I didn't even attempt, because my breasts were so extremely large, I could not find a breast pump to fit properly. |
