What do you give a toddler for a cough?

4/1/2010 12:22:21 PM I have been keeping my sister's son and he's only 3. He's had a bad cough and I don't know what to give him. My sister is clueless about these things, so I thought I'd do some research. All the medicines I run across are for older kids. What do yall think?

They make these Triaminic strips that work a bit like the breath freshening strips. They are geared for children, and should be safe for a 3 year-old, plus you don't have to deal with the struggle of getting him to drink the medicine. |
