My child pitches the worst tantrums ever! What do I do?

My child doesn't have normal tantrums.  He is destructive to himself and things around him.  I can't just use the normal advice to ignore the tantrums.  What do I do?

Pls be patient to him.Some of the kids are more active & senstive .Try to solve your problem with rewards & mild punishment.
