How do you keep up with the laundry?

I know there are two major schools of thought to this. 1. Do all the laundry at once. 2. Do a load everyday. Of course, neither seems to work when you are potty training. So what is your laundry system? I can get the laundry clean, but I need a much better system for putting it away.

I have to say that folding and hanging and putting the laundry away is my problem too. But I developed this habit to do laundry whenever I want to listen some music or there is a show on TV, like Oprah, or even the news. Then I can even get my kid to help. Also, sometime I postpone puting the laundry away until both me and my husband are home from work. Then we both work on it while speaking about our day.

I do laundry on my days off work... and i fold it as I take it out of the dryer. It is hubby`s job to put it away.

I do the bulk of the laundry on the weekend, and iron on Sundays. I do one load on Wednesday. I fold all or hang all immediately out of the dryer.

I do one load a day during the week, so that I may have my weekends free. And I hang or fold as I take it out of dryer. Everything gets put away on Friday.

Hmmm..I do all mine on the weekends, but I always feel so overwhelmed with it by then and get burnt out on it, quick! Maybe a load half way thru the week would help!

I throw a load in at night and turn it on first thing, than throw it in the dryer before leaving and reheat when home

in my laundry room I have a shelf for each person and fold their laundry and lay their shirts on top that need to be hung up.. and my kids put their own away (I put the babies away).. hubby helps put ours away and hang em.. I just remind everyone their shelf is getting full...

i dont ever put them in a basket except for socks.. cause they will NEVER get put away in this house.. we do have a basket of socks everyone picks from for socks.. as soon as they beep from the dryer i try to fold em and sense the shelves are right there its easier not to put it off.. i use to have laundry that would be piled up on the table in the laundry room or in a basket for days cause of life.. ya know but this system helps alot.. i love the shelves .. they have made life eaisier!
