4/26/2010 9:08:21 AM My 11 week old son tends to be eating soo much more then what all the books say, even what google says. He is supposed to be eating 4-6oz of formula, but right now he is up to 7oz, sometimes more. What did your 11 week old eat? |

My daughter ate more than what the experts said was normal. She is now four and has never been considered overweight. If your son wants 7 oz., then let him have it! I don't think that just because the book recommends something you always have to follow it. Each child is different! |

| Mary Matanane I have a 10 month old. He just seen his nutritionist today. He is 17 lbs. He is at the 50% percentile. To stay hydrated he needs 28 oz of formula or juice. He needs to be eating 768 calories a day. This includes formula calories which make up almost 600 calories. So the roughly 200 calories can be gain by baby food. You should probably asked to be refered to a nutritionist they can tell you how much he should be eating. That might make you feel better plus know how to balance his feeding. | Robin Preston My twin boys can eat. At 11 weeks they were drinking 8 oz bottles with rice cereal. They have never been overweight. They needed the food to grow very fast and are both very tall/long. They are in the 95th percentile for height. Wednesday, October 06, 2010 | ||
