How many diapers do newborns go through, in the first month of life? |

They go through a bunch! I think that if you plan on buying diapers prior to baby coming, you should buy them in the bigger boxes. I think there are about 100-110 in each box. That should last you about a week! |

| Sakinah Williams-Rowe I can`t remember the exact amount my son went through, but I DO remember it was several more than the 96 that come in a large pack of newborn Pampers Swaddlers! Tuesday, September 07, 2010 | ||

| Stacey Kitchen I had twins at 10 diapers a day each so we did just about 600 the first month. And I tried the cloth diapers, but used a lot more water after pre-rinsing, & washing, plus detergent, and gas- for the hot water & drier. It was almost just as expensive and much yuckier. Not worth it for me. Wednesday, September 08, 2010 | ||
| Amy Buteau I hear ya on the twin cloth diaper thing, no way...it`s gross and too much work with all the washings (water waste). For newborn babies, you figure you feed every 2 hours or so, and you change at each feeding (best way to avoid diaper rash on their super tender butts)..so 10 to 12 diapers a day in the beginning for one baby. | Amy Buteau Side note: I think Target brand diapers are the best cost out there, I compared to diapers.com, Sam`s Club, Walmart, and Amazon. Target diapers do well, less leaks, and are the most economical in the big cases. Tuesday, September 21, 2010 | ||
