Is it time to potty train?

My two year old son keeps taking his pants and diaper/pull up off. This is new to us because our oldest (5) never did this. Its very frustrating at night and nap time because we have to redress him at least twice, and sometimes he pees in the bed, so we have to bathe him, and change his sheets. He does it when hes dry and when he's wet. We figures maybe its time to potty train, (he just turned 2 on the 5th) and he will pee once or twice on the potty, but otherwise he is not very intersted in it.. any ideas? Anyone else go through this? Thanks.

Thank guys.. so far he has been doing pretty well at potty training.. we are just sticking with it, and his daycare is awesome at working with us. The past few nights he has been so tired that he has not been stripping. However, he still has some moments during the day.

a couple of things....First, put his diaper on backwards and use some duct tape to keep it on ;) (seriously)....Second, make boats in the bottom of his potty chair with shaving cream....Then have another male show him how to sink the boats. This worked WONDERS with my youngest son. S LOVED being able to sink the boats and he got potty trained in the process ;)
