How Do I Curb My Wife's Desire to Spoil Our Grandchild?

Okay, I started something when I complained about doting grandparents, so here's a new problem.  My wife and I are grandparents now, and she insists on spoiling our granddaughter, much to my daughter's and my dismay.  How do I explain to her that this will only lead to problems if it's not controlled or curbed?
