Sports are great for kids. I think most of the little leagues in our area start enrolling kids in certain sports around the age of 5. |

Most leagues for team sports start at 5. However if there is a specific activity that your child likes you could introduce earlier with some private lessons. This is especially fun if mom or dad is into a certain sport , for example golf. |
